It is very important to have a regular physical activity… …it increases physical fitness, shapes your figure, reduces the risk of cardio-vascular accidents and diseases. Physical activity also helps you reach physical and mental balance in everyday life.
Why a personal coach?
My role is to help you reach your goals as fast as possible and in the best way. I will use the method that suits you best.
Frequency of training
The success of the training will also depend on your availability. A session lasts for 1 hour. The more frequent the sessions, the better your chances of success.
Types of training suggested
Body-building is beneficial to correct bad posture, fight aging, reinforce muscles, gain muscle mass, improve your physical appearance... cardio-training and muscle stretching too
Work and equipment
The equipment to be used depends on the type of training and on the place. For example it could include dumbbells, fitball, elastics, medicine-ball, steps, skipping rope, stairs, Vita exercise trail, and at home, a table, chair, or pillar. With a little imagination, many items can be used.
